The Engineering Challenge

Building financial balance transactions with double-entry bookkeeping guarantees alongside complex returns management and warehouse inventory tracking.

Engineered a scalable, modern e-commerce backend utilizing a Clean Service-Oriented MVC architecture to separate heavy business logic, with Digital Wallet, Loyalty Points reward engine, RMA system, and Filament v3 administration.

Core Architectural Responsibilities

• Architected digital wallet ledger with atomic credit/debit transaction isolation.
• Developed loyalty points accrual and redemption algorithms.
• Implemented Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket workflow with automated return labels.
• Configured interactive Filament v3 admin dashboards for inventory and store managers.
